Casual Group Sessions Membership
This membership is designed for individuals seeking a supportive and communal training atmosphere while working towards their endurance training goals. Participants have the opportunity to train alongside like-minded individuals whilst engaging with qualified coaches providing guidance and valuable insights to help optimise their training.
The weekly group sessions are structured to cater to various fitness levels, ensuring that every athlete can benefit and progress according to their individual needs. These sessions are set to meet individual needs plus consider upcoming races, allowing athletes to focus on race-specific preparation. Additionally, the option to attend weekend sessions adds to essential training opportunities.
Athletes of all ages and abilities are welcome and catered for.
